Course Description

How do you, as a production manager, meet the demands of scheduling, products, and production to
quench your customers' demands? In this course, we trace planning and execution frameworks to ins
improve processes. Our topics surveyed include: forecasting, production planning, production
scheduling, and material requirements planning. We steer you through tools and strategies you can
employ to fill requirements in a low-cost manner.
